Well, it depends on if you want to know about all Jedi who have turned to the dark side, or those who turned but come back to the light.

Aayla Secura and Quilan Vos are two examples.

Well Darth Vader is already on there, so I figured that those who came back were on the list.

i wanted any one who turned to evil even if they came back later

Joruus C'Boath was a Dark Jedi, a nutty one too.

And the legless dark jedi from JK was called Maw, not Maul >.> and then there were the twins Borc and Pic.
