Theres no release date at all. It will be later than May, and definitely later than february - thats why theres no information about a release date :) You might want to check out

On the Sam & Max 2 game news front, "MrFossey" has written in to remind me that Gamespot lists Sam & Max Freelance Police's release date as "May 14th, 2004."
Yeah, I got May from GameSpot too.
