help-cant arrange tumblers!

Help!Ive been stuck on the same bit since December! ive tried loadsa walkhrus but still cant do the bit where u have 2 align the tumblers to free Meche.Can someone please explain how 2 do it, cos i know the general idea but i just cant align the tumblers thats all.
