Ati Radeon problem

I have an Ati Radeon 9200 card on my PC! The game refuzes to run in 3D Hardware Acceleration mode :confused: (works in software mode though)! Any Radeon specific ideeas on how to make the game work in hardware?

Specs:
Ati Radeon 9200 128MB on Catalyst 4.3!
Grim Fandango + patch installed!
Windows XP!

[EDIT]:
It now works using the latest Ati Catalyst 4.4!

I have pretty much the same setup and have no problem with Grim, though I am using the Catalyst 4.2 drivers.
