How to create a font to scumm's game?

Hi,
I want to translate a game Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. I have problem with a font. I don't know how I can get the oryginal font from the game, and how add new, edited by me the font to the game. I try to do it with scummfont, but I don't know how.

Help me, please.
