hey i would like to know how to control the force lightning
at level 3 it hits a +-60 degrees arc of lightning

but i saw people using it in a concentrated bolt, something like that, how do you use this anyway?

A bigger arc is better, as it effects a larger area. You're not seeing players "concentrating" the bolt; that's just a lower level of lightning, which has a smaller arc, effecting a smaller area.

except with level 2 lightning you can hit people across the map ;)

think of it this way:

Level 1: Long-range, narrow arc, very short burst, low hp damage.
Level 2: Long-range, narrow arc, long burst, more hp damage (can kill with one long burst)
Level 3: Short-range, wide arc, lots of hp damage on multiple targets.

Level 2 is essentially long range level 3 lightning.

That guy could be using two-handed lightning at level 3
