That was unintelligible. But I think I know what you're asking. He is considered EU because he's never actually seen or mentioned in the movies. He is a central character in the book Shadows of the Empire and the N64 game of the same name. He is also mentioned in the game X-Wing Alliance. All of these appearances effectively make him an EU character.
