Its good for your first, but I will not give it a rating since I usually give out harsh reviews unless the work is amazing and never seen before =/

But what I do when reviewing a mod is go over
1: Stroyline
2: Amount of work put into the mod
3: Description of the mod
If all of those tie into the game well and aren't something like

1: hoo cayers!?
2: i mad A supr ultity beLt
3: hey dues! Chek out dis relly c00l mod thet geves yu soopr powrs!!1! PS iz my frst do be nce. kthnx ^_^ ^_^ ^_^

I can gaurentee at least someone will give it an 8/10 ;)

However, if its like my example of how NOT to post a mod
I would most likely just call a piece of utter crap and would not even bother dling from what I saw in the description

Keep at it and I am sure you can make excellent mods :D
