How to view the game's GUI for creating servers

Step 1) Start a sever without /norender
Step 2) Quit the server, but not SWBF2 Beta
Step 3) You are there.

These 3 steps will take you the SWBF2's 'Create' tab under the 'Multiplayer' tab. Here there are a bunch of settings you can change, but (at least for me) there where no maps in the map list so you can't start a server from this window.
