I just liked the idea of Nils and Elka selling drugs the most. TAB ( thealmightybubble.deviantart.com ) gave me the idea for the plot since I was on writer's block.

Actually, there's a very funny story behind the suicide scene, the sound cut out of the recording suddenly and that pissed me off, because the final joke before the anti-comic-relief was Raz asking Elton if there would be no more punching ever, and if he should kill himself. Of course all Elton can say is "Mmmm-mmm."
