Hi --

We're working on a project to mod Grim Fandango to teach Spanish (see http://www.archive.org/details/the_sims_teach_german) ) but totally stuck on how to get delay the lip-synching/character animations while we're explaining the Spanish. Anyone have any ideas at all where we might look for something to help us fix that?
