I'm trying to make some maps using this guide:

But the link for NWMax Import utility for 3D Studio Max on that page says there is a problem with it when i try to install it. I went to dla and got the v8.
but i cant get the plug in to run.

Here is what i have:
Kotor tool
NWmax-gmax-v0_8setup.exe
autodesk 3ds max v8

What am I doing wrong?
