I'm trying to use a name that's more than 15 characters long, when I do I get an annoying sound that won't let me go past 15. I've seen other people online use almost 20. I've tried using notepad to edit the name but all I get is a load failure.

I know this can be done, I may not going about it the right way.

Any help would be appreciated.

Generally, the people online use a Gamespy ID rather than their profile name. If you want a +15 letter name in SP, you're out of luck.
