I have a problem, i try change the skins of the players characters.
i extract the tga maps from Kotor tool, and modifier this textures, pfbal01 (underwaer) dont worry, i put a tatoo hahha. But i read the tutorials and dont understand de next steps. What should I do?

Put it in the override folder, and the game will load your new texture and replace the default one.
