Can I restore the original patched dialogue.tlk with kotor tool (after it got modded)?


edit... I can get it from the CD, but does the 1.0b patch modify it? Don't really want to re-install everything.

I'm not sure but you can go to www.starwarsknights.com) and download a fresh copy of the dialog.tlk there.
