Does anybody know of an in-game npc that looks a lot or fairly similar to Rohm Kota from The Force Unleashed (I can apply reskins if necessary and scars won't matter at the moment).

I think that Vrook looks fairly similar, with slight reskinning and minor moddeling.

You might consider Dopak as well. Looks almost similar.
