I was looking at the tech tree and there is a technology that makes all turrets fire homing anti-air missles, or homing laser beams.
Only anti-air turret missiles. Laser beams cannot turn ;).
Better keep my air units out.

Only anti-air. The idea of a Heavy Turret firing Seeker missiles sounds cool, though.

Yeah, it be cool if they had like a seeker Concussion Missle or Proton Torpedo turret that could fire on ground units.
it would be interesting to see a torp turret or a grenade turret
