I think, I need some help.

When I start JK2, everything works fine until I try to start a new single player game. Then, the following message appears:

Spawn entities: no entities

Is there anyone out there in this galaxy, who can tell me, what might be wrong.
The multiplayer works and I also can change all the options in the option menus. Itґs only the single player start up.
