Hi - how do I get to the next platform from the cold room? I read that you have to press some buttons to get the mechanical arms to work, but I don't know how to do this. I have broken the glass, been down the bottom level several times and turned the temp off etc ....

Can someone help? I am so sick of running around from the bottom back up and never getting to the higher level :(

Ok got it now - jump up the mechanical arm thing .....

now if I could only work out what to do with the electric water ....
