Saber Realistic Combat code?

I have what I believe to be the proper code for enabled the realistic combat mode:

HelpUsObi 1
g_saberRealisticCombat 1
g_dismemberment 1

This is done in the console of course. However, I can't get it to work in multiplayer. Do I even have the right code? Any help would be appreciated!

As far as I know, these codes have been disabled in MP. Something about how all the body parts would slow down the server.
