Matrix gave me the idea from a thread the other day, about using a Sets "" to convey a server info type of message of the day.
I added a sets sv_addons "Skins+FlameSaber1"
... Not the most ideal MOTD but if clients are in the habit of checking the server info windows they'll see it.
