They got rid of the rating system at jk2.net so does that mean we will be waving byebye to it soon also? I hope so.

I have no problems either way anymore. I say if it seems to be encouraging "lameness" among people, remove it. If it seems to be encouraging people to post meaningful/insightful/entertaining stuff, then leave it be. It doesn't have to be a permanent thing. If it seems like it would be a good time to bring it back, we could try it again for awhile, etc.
Anyhow, I'm open to either, depending on how people use/abuse it and how it affects the mood of the forums.
