I run a ded. server, and want to know, if the max amount of people are on my server, is there a way I still can connect to it? Is that what the private passwords lines in my server.cfg are for? Thanks

Yes, there is :]

Say that you want a 24 player server with 4 of those slots reserved.

You would set a maxclients of 24 (forget the actual lines, not too hard to spot in the cfg :o)

and a sv_privateclients of 4

thatll make it display 20/20 in the browser when full, but when you or someoen else w/ the reserved password wants to join just enter the password in as you would any other password

password is defined w/ sv_privatepassword
