It's from the "Quark's Bazaar" section of the latest Communicator.

I didn't bother scanning the whole spread (they have the three division colours, and a female vulcan uniform), because the other models look, well, normal.

Though the vulcan chick is a little cuter than "fish lips" T'Pol.

Incidentally, the Enterprise uniforms actually look much more show-accurate than the others; the obvious zippers don't look too out-of-place.
