I have just past few hours to modify a little the jan mesh to zam wesell
To people who don't know who is zam it's the assassin hired by jango fett in the ep2 to kill padme

wow moooa, another model in the works ... very exciting.

using THIS IMAGE (http://www.gateway.net.au/~equinox/episodeii/characters/18.jpg) as reference, i have some preliminary comments.

- her cheeks look too round and puffy
- the tip of her nose should probably point up a bit more
- her lips look like she's about to give someone a kiss
- her chin/jawline could probably be a little more 'square' if that makes sense
- her hat looks to be a little flatter (doesn't come up as high as you show it)

overall it is a very nice model of her head. people would definitely know who she is without making these changes, but i just thought i'd point out some basic stuff.

Taking into account how accurate your Mon Calamari model is, I'm sure Zam will turn out nothing short of excellent.

looks cool so far... any chance you'd make a veil up version? and perhaps a clawdite version? :D ooh, ohh... and maybe even a helmetless version (you know, with her blond, unkempt hair)? :D

and knowing how moooa has a few different mon calamari variations, i'd be surprised if he didn't do just that. glad somebody mentioned it.

i'm trying to find it. :/ it may have been a sw.com image attack picture... not sure... i'll check there.

edit: found it. i guess it's not so much spikey as it is unkempt... helmetless zam looks cool nonetheless. it's a good frontal face reference, too.

For the veilup and clawdite version sur i will do it :)
But for the version without helmet maybe if i have time i think it won't take me too much time to add it

oh wow, i completely forgot! my hard drive went a little crazy about 1 1/2 months ago, i lost EVERYTHING i had on it, and i unfortuntely had to get a replacement one from dell. since then i have learned to religiously back up my important data ... too little too late if you ask me.

zam's updated face is looking much better. all i can see that bothers me a bit is the distance between her eyes. a good rule is that there is one eye width between them. it looks like hers are too far to the outside of her head. push them in and i think you'll be there!

great work, though. and the pics of the figure should help out immensely.

Thanks mars for the info but i've already this site and 3 months ago they have better photos of zam and of her rifle but they have delete and i haven't take them :(
