You don't open model files in Gimp/Photoshop/Any other image editing software. You only edit the tga files. You don't need the model files unless you're making completely new head skin and make it selectable (not a replacement)....  [Read More]

If I remember correctly, Shem's robe used disguise function, so you'd have to rescale Nihilus himself, and the change would be applied to the robes' disguise. I think there was an appearance.2da entry that revolved around character height....  [Read More]

He won't be able to port the body model. K2 models have different and additional animations than their K1 counterparts, among other things. He would be able to convert headgear model with no problems tough....  [Read More]
